The rules of using InstaTrade.gg. Read them before you place a trade.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using InstaTrade.gg (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after we publish a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, a jurisdiction where leveraged perpetual futures trading is restricted or prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the United States (pending KYC partner integration), the United Kingdom for retail derivatives, any country or region subject to OFAC, EU, or UK sanctions, and any other restricted territory listed by Hyperliquid or the relevant onramp partner.

You represent that you are not a person prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or counter-terrorism financing laws.

3. Service description

InstaTrade.gg is a non-custodial interface that lets you place perpetual futures orders on the Hyperliquid clearing layer. We do not custody your funds, do not act as a counterparty to your trades, do not market-make, and do not operate an exchange. All settlement, margining, funding, and liquidation logic is enforced by Hyperliquid validators.

Authentication, embedded wallets, and onramps are operated by third-party partners. We surface market data from Hyperliquid and supplemental social data (theses, follows, X handles) from our own database, but we do not match or settle your trades.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for completing any KYC, AML, or identity-verification checks required by our onramp or wallet partners. We do not perform KYC ourselves.

You are responsible for understanding and paying any taxes owed on your trading activity in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice and will not generate tax forms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet credentials, signed messages, and any device or browser you use to access the Service. Anyone with access to your wallet can sign transactions on your behalf — we cannot reverse them.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rules of Hyperliquid.

5. Risk disclosure

Perpetual futures are leveraged derivatives. They are extremely high-risk and are not suitable for all users.

Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You can lose your entire deposit, and depending on funding rates, slippage on liquidation, and oracle behaviour, in extreme conditions you may lose more than your initial margin.

Markets trade 24/7. Prices can gap, oracles can lag, and liquidations can happen at any hour. Set your own risk parameters and do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Smart contracts, bridges, and validator networks carry residual technical risk. The Service depends on Hyperliquid, Arbitrum, Reown, Supabase, and other third parties; an outage or bug in any of these can affect your ability to manage positions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaTrade.gg, its affiliates, and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InstaTrade.gg and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content, signature, or transaction you submit through the Service.

8. Modifications and governing law

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted. Your continued use after the revision takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
